Notre Dame Artworks Saved From Fire Removed From Shelter at City Hall

Works that were rescued from the blaze that consumed much of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris on Monday, April 15, were removed on Tuesday from City Hall where they had been stored for the night, according to Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo.

Hidalgo also visited the cathedral on Tuesday, accompanied by Notre Dame’s top cleric, Monsignor Patrick Chauvet, to survey the damage.
