Nova Kakhovka: Ukraine confirms destruction of Russian ammunition depot

Pivden (South) Operational Command has confirmed that a Russian ammunition depot has been destroyed in the Russian-occupied city of Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast.

Quote: "Thanks to our rocket artillery units successfully carrying out their combat mission, the enemy has lost 52 ruscists [Russian military personnel - ed.], a Msta-B howitzer, seven armoured and other vehicles, and an ammunition depot in Nova Kakhovka."

Earlier: Powerful explosions were heard in Nova Kakhovka on the night of 11-12 July. Russian propaganda media reported that saltpetre warehouses exploded as a result of a Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack on Nova Kakhovka; they also reported that a market, a hospital, and residential buildings were damaged. Serhii Bratchuk, spokesman for Odesa Oblast Military Administration, said that a Russian ammunition depot was destroyed.
