Along with its beachy atmosphere, one of Bradenton’s biggest draws is its unique dining experiences.

The moments of walking into the family-owned Demetrios’ Pizza House on Cortez and ordering large pan pizza have vanished.

Heading out to Anna Maria Island and visiting the City Pier Restaurant to enjoy a meal on the water is in the past, and those on the island will no longer be able to savor the elegant atmosphere of the Sign of the Mermaid.
