Now that Ray J is out of a Miami hospital, he can focus on his divorce

In sickness and in health. Not.

Ray J may be out of the hospital after a brief battle with pneumonia, but now he’s getting a divorce.

The rapper had been battling pneumonia earlier this month, but now that he’s been discharged, TMZ reports, he can deal with other pending issues, namely dividing assets with Princess Love.

While still laid up on oxygen on Oct. 6, Ray J managed to file for divorce. For the third time.

OK, so his lawyer did, in Los Angeles.

The 40 year old, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., originally filed back in September 2020 but he and Love, 37, reconciled and moved to Miami over the summer.

For her part, Love, also filed for divorce in May 2020, but filed a motion to dismiss two months later.

The couple married in 2016, and are parents to Epik, 1, and Melody, 3.

The two “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” alums still need to work together, despite their relationship struggles. They are co-producers of the Zeus Network reality show “The Conversation” and were also rumored to be coming aboard “Love & Hip Hop: Miami.” At least we know they will have a running plot point.
