NPD: Woman charged in another woman’s shooting death on E. Little Creek Rd.

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police are investigating an overnight shooting that left a woman dead on March 16.

Around 2:30 a.m., Saturday, police were called to 1700 block of E. Little Creek Road near Chesapeake Boulevard.

When officers arrived on the scene they found the woman dead. As a result of their investigation, detectives have charged Nildaliz A. Flores-Roman with second-degree murder and use of a firearm.

Flores-Roman was taken into custody at the scene, and is currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
