Nursing homes see increase in coronavirus cases as community cases increase

As coronavirus cases increase, nursing homes across the country and in Maryland are also seeing an increase. But in Maryland, the levels are nowhere near the spike in the spring. On Monday, 11 News requested from the Maryland Department of Health the number of coronavirus cases in nursing homes broken down by week, but the department has yet to respond. Other agencies tracking the data said there has been an increase since the July 4 holiday.
