NY Governor Cuomo mandates 100 percent of non-essential workforce must stay home

ADAM SHAPIRO: I want to let you know that New York Governor Cuomo has now ordered 100% of the workforce in New York state to stay home. They must stay home. Only essential businesses may operate. He's asking everybody to remain indoors.

Solitary exercise is allowed. We've heard this question about people being able to go for a run or a walk. When they say this, most have said keep at least a six foot distance from other people.

They are saying not to take public transport unless it is absolutely necessary. And again, these new provisions, according to Governor Cuomo, will be legally enforced.
