NYPD: 5 Officers Struck By Suspected Drunk Driver

- A suspected drunk driver is facing charges tonight after police say he struck five NYPD officers on Staten Island. Sources say plainclothes officers were putting up barriers around 10:00 this morning when 39-year-old Brian Manning hit them with his vehicle. This video shows the aftermath at Livermore and Forest avenues. Four officers suffered minor injuries. One refused medical attention. Manning stayed on scene and is now in the hospital. He's been charged with DWI, assault, driving without a license, and refusing to take a breathalyzer test.
