Three NYPD narcotics detectives were charged Monday for sneaking into the VIP section of the Electric Zoo concert on Randalls Island last year and trying to swipe two bottles of $1,500 Ace of Spades, a pricey champagne brand owned by Jay Z, according to the Manhattan district attorney’s office.

Dets. Jonathan Gonzalez, 33 and Wojciech Czech, 44, were each charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, according to the indictment. Gonzalez and Det. Warren Golden, 31, were charged with official misconduct.

The three cops were on duty on Sept. 3 at the concert around 7 p.m. when they slipped backstage to the VIP section, according to the indictment.

A group had ordered a couple of rounds of the bubbly Ace of Spades, prosecutors said.

Gonzalez waited until the guests stepped away from their table and swiped two bottles — the total cost of both was $2,900 — and put them on the table where the other two officers were standing, according to the indictment.

As one of the guests watched, Gonzalez fetched his backpack and Czech handed him the bottles to put them in and the three of them retreated to a crew-only area with the ill-gotten grape, charges show.

“At no time as the crime unfolded did Golden, who observed the conduct, take any action to intervene to prevent the theft or restore the stolen property to its owners,” prosecutors said.

A security guard spied them in the backstage area and confronted them just as the true owners of the champagne tracked them down and reclaimed the bubbly.

When Gonzalez insisted that he was allowed to be there, the guard returned the bottles to the VIP guests and summoned the police.

Golden’s lawyer Jacob Weinstein rejected the allegations.

“My client will be totally vindicated in this matter,” the attorney said in a statement. “The charge is simply not supported by the facts and the DA’s office should never have brought this allegation.”

Attorney Oliver Storch, who is representing Czech, said the cop is a 10 year veteran of law enforcement with an “unblemished record.”

“(My client) is shocked and saddened by these allegations,” Storch said. “He has pleaded not guilty and asks the public to withhold judgement until the charges can be fully addressed in the appropriate forum. Det. Czech loves being in the business of protecting and saving lives. “

After the allegations came to light, NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell cleared out the Manhattan North Narcotics unit, where the detectives were stationed before the music festival.

A dozen detectives and their supervisors, including Deputy Chief Brian McGee and Inspector Peter Fiorillo, were transferred to other boroughs amid the probe.

Headliners for the three-day festival included Deadcrow, Lucati and Space Wizard. The Electric Zoo festival has been held on Randalls Island since 2009.

“In addition to the alleged theft that occurred, none of these officers stepped up and stopped this activity. Public confidence in the criminal justice system depends on members of law enforcement acting with the utmost integrity while on duty and following the same rules that apply to everyone else,” Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg said in a statement.

Bragg’s Police Accountability Unit took eight and half months to bring the investigation to the grand jury.

The same unit claimed responsibility for the guilty plea of another cop, Det. Joseph Conway, who pleaded guilty last week to making a series of fraudulent returns to REI, according to the DA. He pleaded guilty to one count of petit larceny and agreed to do 1,000 hours of community service and pay back $1914, prosecutors said.

Conway also agreed to resign from the force.

The NYPD said that only two of the officers were arrested today and suspended from duty.

“The NYPD will continue to pursue the facts in this investigation and initiate further discipline where appropriate,” according to a department statement.

Gonzalez was expected to surrender later in the week.
