To be COVID-19 safe, the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce held the 2020 Christmas Parade in reverse. The parade was parked while the people drove by in their vehicles to view the floats and their neighbors. Here are a few of the scenes captured by D. Ray Smith, who writes the ‘Historically Speaking’ column for The Oak Ridger.
