Obituary: Theresa Rose (Naples) Waterbury, 91, Of Mount Kisco

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Theresa Rose (Naples) Waterbury (91) of Mount Kisco, NY, beloved wife of the late Elmer Waterbury died peacefully at Northern Westchester Hospital Center on Friday, September 4, 2020.

She was born in Tarrytown, NY on January 22, 1929 to Anthony and Josephine Naples. Sister to Elizabeth (Betty) Mackey, Anthony Naples, and Catherine Anzovino, all who predeceased her.

Theresa was a devoted mother to Michael Waterbury and the late Diana Molella, Ed and Janice Waterbury, and Jim and Pam Waterbury. She was the loving grandmother and great-grandmother to Nicole and Monty Conley and their daughters Isabella and Caterina, Leeann Waterbury, and
Doug and Beth Appedu and their daughter Kaya.

Theresa was a special and beloved aunt to Donna Mackey Gagliardi, Donna's children Allyson and husband TJ, Ian and Colin, and Allyson's twins Addison and Brooke whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law, Stella Ferris, Edith Stone and Audrey Waterbury and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the 7th floor nurses and doctors at NWHC for their loving care, especially nurse Dorothy.

The family would also like to acknowledge the wonderful and caring friends in the "Woodcrest community" who helped make life easier for Theresa these last few years - we love you!

Mom - We love you so much and will miss talking to you about the Yankees and your Bingo nights with the Woodcrest ladies. Say hi to Dad.
