The Russian occupiers are trying to lure local people back to Mariupol in order to make use of them for their insidious schemes, such as exploiting them as slave labour or using them as a human shield.

Details: The occupiers are circulating fake lists of addresses of houses that are allegedly going to be either demolished or repaired. In this way, they are manipulating people into returning to Mariupol and staying there for as long as possible.

This information is not true. This is proven by the fact that some completely destroyed houses are not on the list, while some undamaged houses are in the "To be demolished" section.

The city administration is warning residents that the occupiers and collaborators are manipulating the people of Mariupol into coming back to the city in order to either save their belongings or to live in their house that is supposedly going to be repaired.

Quote: "We urge Mariupol residents not to trust those who destroyed Mariupol. The war is still going on, and it’s highly likely that any trip to Mariupol will be your last. The occupiers want people to come back to Mariupol in order to exploit them as slave labour and to use them as a human shield for them to hide behind when the Armed Forces of Ukraine begin to liberate the city."
