The Russian occupiers in Berdiansk have reported an explosion in the city port presuming it may have been a "terrorist attack".

Source: Russian Kremlin-aligned information agency "RIA Novosti" referring to Volodymyr Rogov, the so-called "member of the main board of the military-civic administration" of the Russian occupiers in Berdiansk

Quote: "Berdiansk port is heavily mined… I don’t have any information at the moment because the explosion has just occurred…

It’s clear that a terrorist attack can’t be ruled out, but I’m not saying that’s the case because I don’t know what has happened there."

Details: Eyewitnesses are sharing videos on social media showing thick black smoke rising from the port. They also claim to have heard two explosions.

Rogov claims that Ukrainian partisans have recently blown up a transformer substation in the city. Russians had claimed previously that the substation had exploded due to a "short circuit".
