Ochsner LSU Health opened new facility in North Bossier
Ochsner LSU Health hosted a special ribbon cutting at their new state-of-the-art multispecialty center located near the intersection of Viking Drive and Swan Lake Road in North Bossier Thursday morning.
"Multispecialty is expanding our facilities and improving our access for our patients in this part of the region," Steve Randall, Chief Operating Officer, Ochsner LSU Health said.
This new facility will be home to Ochsner's team of expert providers who will provide healthy living to all patients through cutting edge care.
"We have recruited a lot of people who have made today possible and I have to point out at a multispecialty clinic sometimes it takes years to onboard the talent it takes to provide services for the area," Dr. Chuck Fox, Chief Medical Officer, Ochsner LSU Health said.
This multispecialty facility will offer primary care as well as orthopedic care, sports medicine, neurosurgery consults and post-op care, rehabilitation, laboratory and advanced imaging services.
"You can see from the turf grass out there that there is a theme, sports medicine," Fox said. "It really does illustrate the talent of the physician group possesses."

Patient check-in kiosks for convenient registration
Clinics for sports medicine, orthopaedics, neurosurgery and primary care
Appointments for athletes within 48 hours of injury
Turf field for rehabilitation and athletic injury services
A rehabilitation gym with dedicated areas for physical therapy and occupational therapy activities
Updated technology in a healing environment
Open and spacious waiting areas for each specialty clinic
On-site lab, X-ray and MRII capabilities for advanced and detailed imaging
Dedicated casting room for dressing, casting, adjusting and removal of injury casts
