SENECA, S.C. (AP) _ Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (OFED) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter earnings of $946,000.

On a per-share basis, the Seneca, South Carolina-based company said it had net income of 17 cents.

The holding company for Oconee Federal Savings posted revenue of $5.4 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $4.4 million.

Oconee Federal shares have declined 25% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 20% in the last 12 months.
