Off-court events planned for CIAA week

A group of Baltimore business owners are hosting events everyone can enjoy during this week's college basketball tournament. The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Basketball Tournament begins Tuesday at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, with several fun events planned outside the arena throughout the week. In between the excitement on the court, LaRian Finney, managing partner of Center Court Baltimore, wants visitors to have a place to enjoy the CIAA Basketball Tournament off the court.
