Matt Ryan hasn't finished inside the top 12 fantasy producers at the position since week 9. He hasn't managed to clear 240 passing yards in the weeks that Julio Jones was out. He's coming off of another single touchdown effort. I'm hoping Russell Gage. That's how damn bad Matt-- not Matt Harmon, sorry-- Matt Ryan is.
