A foundation formed in honor of a New York firefighter who died on Sept. 11, 2001, is helping the family of a fallen police officer in Boulder.
- The mortgage on the home of fallen Boulder Police Officer Eric Talley will be paid off. Tunnel to Towers Foundation chairman and CEO Frank Siller says he hopes to have enough donations to lift the financial burden off the family as quick as possible. The foundation set a goal to do it for his family by Easter. Tunnel to Towers started paying off mortgages for families of fallen first responders after 9/11.
