Police in Citrus Heights that an officer shot a man along Antelope road near Tupelo road in Citrus Heights. The officer was not injured. The suspect was taken from the scene in an ambulance. His condition is unknown.

Former Alabama quarterback Jay Barker, who is married to country music singer Sara Evans, was arrested Saturday on a felony domestic violence charge, Tennessee authorities said.
