The official portrait of Mayor Bill Peduto was unveiled at a ceremony at City Hall Sunday.

Mayor Ed Gainey was also present at the private ceremony.

Peduto is Pittsburgh’s 60th mayor.

The collection of mayoral portraits was started in 1933 by Mayor Charles Kline.

Peduto’s brass portrait was created from a photograph taken by Becky Thurner Braddock Photography in 2020. The etching was produced by Matthews International, which has produced several of the most recent portraits.
