Officials close I-70 for car crash

GARFIELD COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) — I-70 westbound is closed near Glenwood Springs following a car crash that happened this Thursday afternoon.

Colorado Department of Transportation officials have closed I-70 westbound to respond to a crash near Hanging Lake. I-70 westbound is closed between Exit 129: Bair Ranch and Exit 125: Hanging Lake (7 miles east of No Name) at Mile Point 125.85.

CDOT informed WesternSlopeNow.com that the vehicles are being towed and the highway should be reopened soon.
