Officials see increase in carbon monoxide calls in Lake Tahoe

Officials have a warning for anyone headed to the Lake Tahoe basin during the cold winter season. According to the North Tahoe Fire Protection District, there's been a growing number of close calls for carbon monoxide poisoning. Without proper ventilation, too much CO in the air forces your body to replace oxygen in the bloodstream with it -- which can be deadly. Get the full story in the video above.
