Special events

This year, Ohio Light Opera is featuring lagniappe, which translates from Louisiana French to mean "something extra" or a "bonus," according to the OLO website.

That something extra includes lectures, film presentations, discussions regarding century-old composers and songs that were cut from the 2022 performances, OLO's website states.

The four days of bonus events will begin Wednesday, July 20 and will end Saturday, July 23.

Registration for these events is $50. Anyone can email ohiolightopera@wooster.edu or call 330-263-2345 for more information.
