Ohio State tight end Cade Stover is getting snaps at linebacker against Utah in the Rose Bowl as the Buckeyes try to shore up their defense after several players missed the game.

With linebacker Cody Simon and several other players out, the defense needed bodies and luckily one of the nation's highest-scoring offenses was able to help them out.

Stover, a sophomore who had five catches for 76 yards this season at tight end, went back to his position he played in high school and during his freshman season in 2019, when he eventually redshirted.
