Ohio State will be without both of its starting cornerback against Wisconsin on Saturday night.

In addition to Cameron Brown, who was listed as unavailable on the Buckeyes’ pregame status report, Denzel Burke will be out for the Big Ten opener.

Burke was not in uniform for the final round of warmups. He stood on the sideline in a scarlet sweatshirt with his right hand wrapped in tape.

Earlier in warmups, Burke had been out on the field at Ohio Stadium going through light jogging and stretching.

JK Johnson and Jyaire Brown are their likely replacements as they went on to warm up with the first-team defense.

Johnson filled in for Cameron Brown when he left during the second quarter in last week’s rout of Toledo.

Jyaire Brown’s experience is more limited. A freshman, he's played only 25 snaps on defense over the last two weeks, according to tracking from Pro Football Focus.

The only other scholarship cornerback available against the Badgers is freshman Ryan Turner.
