Ohio State football trails Maryland at half. Are the Buckeyes still favored to win?

Ohio State football's day started off well against Maryland.

The Buckeyes capped off their first drive with a 31-yard touchdown pass from quarterback C.J. Stroud to running back TreVeyon Henderson, taking the lead after 1:32.

But then the Terrapins stepped up, allowing 84 yards on the Buckeyes' next 26 plays, scoring only one field goal for the rest of the half while quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa and the Maryland offense used a highly-efficient passing game to move the ball downfield, scoring one touchdown and two field goals.

At halftime, Ohio State trailed Maryland 13-10, the third time the Buckeyes have trailed at halftime through 11 games along with Penn State and Notre Dame.

Coming in as 27.5-point favorites on the road against Maryland, Ohio State heads into halftime as 4.5-point favorites against the Terrapins.
