Thanksgiving arrives Thursday, which for many Oklahoma City residents will mean holiday get-togethers, meal preparations and shopping for the best deals throughout the week.

But if you find that you've forgotten a menu item on your holiday checklist and need to make a last-minute run to the grocery store, you'll want to make sure you visit ones that are open.

Several retailers, beginning in 2020, closed for Thanksgiving due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, while others remained open entirely or in part. Below is a list of major retailers in the Oklahoma City metro and their store hours this holiday week. Check with your local stores for specific hours, as some stores (like Dollar General) may open or close earlier than the listed time, depending on the location.
