Voters in Oklahoma County hit the polls Tuesday for a number of runoff and special elections.

Treat selected as new Oklahoma County clerk
Maressa Treat, the wife of Oklahoma Senate Pro Tem Greg Treat, narrowly won a special election against Democrat Derrick Scobey to serve out the remaining term of former Oklahoma County Clerk David Hooten.

Hinkle elected to represent Oklahoma City's Ward 5
South Oklahoma City residents have a new city council representative in businessman Matt Hinkle after Tuesday's runoff election. Hinkle came out on top — barely — capturing just 50.48% of the vote Tuesday, beating fellow south sider Thuan Nguyen for the Ward 5 seat.

Davis re-elected as Edmond's mayor; two city councilors selected
Edmond voters re-elected Darrell Davis as their mayor on Tuesday. Unofficial election returns showed Davis received 6,479 votes, or about 52%, compared to the 5,983 votes gathered by first-time municipal candidate Brian Shellem
Voters also picked winners in races to fill two city council seats. Tom Robins bested Ashley Nicole Bradley to take a seat representing downtown and parts of north Edmond, while Barry Moore narrowly won his race against Judy Rau to represent the residents within the community who live along and east of Interstate 35.
