Old Navy doubles down on dresses with pockets just in time for spring

A dress + pockets = a win!

Old Navy is sparking joy for all the dress lovers out there this spring by doubling the number of dresses with pockets in its latest collection.

The fashion retailer connected with hundreds of women across the country, and found out through a survey that 71% of women said discovering that a new frock has pockets is an instant mood booster.

Additionally, more than half of those women said their favorite go-to dresses have pockets.

The brand carries a wide variety of dress options, including everything from floral prints and stylish patterns to spring-ready mini dresses.

To further celebrate Old Navy's "pockets of joy," shoppers in select top-selling dress stores will find tokens of $20 hidden in pockets of the retailer's new spring dresses. The five stores included are located in Roseville, California; Dallas, Texas; Jacksonville, Florida; and New York City.

All the action will take place on April 1 -- no April Fools' jokes included.
