Ole Miss football receives commitment from Cayden Lee, three-star wide receiver

OXFORD — Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss football received a bit of positive news Wednesday night as early signing day came to a close.

Cayden Lee, a three-star wide receiver, announced his commitment to play for the Rebels on Instagram. He's rated as the No. 456 overall prospect and the No. 6 wideout by the 247Sports Composite in the Class of 2023.

Lee, listed at 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, just wrapped up his senior season at Kennesaw Mountain in Kennesaw, Georgia.

He chose Ole Miss over offers from Georgia, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Oklahoma and many others.

Lee becomes the 12th member of the Rebels' class, which found itself in need of some additions after three decommitments in the last three days. He's the second wideout in the class as well, joining four-star Ridgeland prospect Ayden Williams.

With Lee's commitment, Ole Miss rose to No. 36 in the 247 Composite team rankings.
