Oliver Outdoor Advertising acquires billboard assets from Kessler Outdoor Advertising
ZANESVILLE — Oliver Outdoor Advertising of Butler, Pennsylvania, recently acquired the billboard assets of Kessler Outdoor Advertising. Additionally, Adam Kessler has been promoted from vice president of marketing at Kessler Sign Company to president of Kessler Sign Company.Bob Kessler, CEO of Kessler Outdoor Advertising and Kessler Sign Company, emphasized their steadfast commitment to the continued ownership, operation and growth of Kessler Sign Company and the quick service signage company, Kess Express. Kessler Sign Company offers custom signs, service, manufacturing and installation.
"With the successful transfer of our billboard assets to Oliver, we will focus our attention on advancing and expanding capabilities at Kessler Sign Company, allowing us to offer a wider range of signage products and services," Bob said in a press release.
Kessler Outdoor and Oliver Outdoor advertising will work together to ensure their clients have a seamless transition, the press release stated. Rodger Kessler, vice president of Kessler Outdoor Advertising and Kessler Sign Company, extended the company's gratitude to its clients for their understanding and cooperation during the transition and said their partnership has been invaluable over the years.
With Adam becoming president, Bob will transition into the role of CEO of Kessler Sign Company. The press release said Bob will continue to provide strategic direction and valuable insights to ensure the continued success of Kessler Sign Company.
