Olivia Newton-John wants her fans to know she's doing all right.

The 71-year-old Grease star inadvertently sparked concern yesterday when she posted an Instagram picture of a walker holding plates of food on it without a caption. Knowing that Olivia is currently battling stage-four breast cancer (her third bout of the disease), some fans feared her photo was somehow a negative sign of the actress's condition.

Thankfully though, Olivia hopped on social media to clarify her post. She wrote in the caption: "I accidentally posted this photo without a note. Recycling at its best ! Using my old walker as a breakfast cart with my beautiful husband @therealamazonjohn ! Sorry to worry people! (But thanks for your concern.) I am totally fine!!! Xox."

After reading Olivia's message, her fans breathed a collective sigh of relief. "Great way to recycle, but yes I was worried," one fan wrote. "So glad you are okay!!!," another shared. "Oh thank goodness! I've been trying to reason it in my mind all day! What a relief!," a different fan commented.

In January, Olivia updated fans on her health — according to the Belfast Telegraph, she said she was "getting stronger and better all the time." Last September, she talked to Good Housekeeping about how she's been using cannabis to treat her pain and other symptoms.

"I'd heard a lot from my husband [John Easterling] about how it could help me," Olivia previously said. "I was a little nervous because I don't like the feeling of any kind of mind-altering thing ... but I started out very slowly, and I adjusted to it, and it's really helped me greatly."

What also has helped is an uplifting attitude.

"[Positivity is] really a decision," Olivia said. "And once you make that decision, you kind of train your brain to stay there, so it becomes normal ... I talk to my body and I thank it for every step it makes of improvement. And I thank it anyway! It's really a practice because you create your world by what you think."

Love her energy!
