The Sacramento refugee exonerated in the murder of an Iraqi police officer was back in court Tuesday for a contested removal hearing. Omar Ameen is accused of lying on his refugee application to gain entry into the United States. Immigration Customs Enforcement claims Ameen lied about not having any affiliations to terrorist organizations, about not having murdered an Iraqi Police Officer, among other things.

A man charged with raping a woman on a commuter train just outside of Philadelphia harassed her for more than 40 minutes while multiple people held up their phones to seemingly record the assault without intervening, authorities said.
