Not only is Costco our go-to for giant mac 'n cheese tubs and insanely good pizza slices, but now they're selling Universal Studios tickets for really, really cheap. So, time to plan a trip to Costco and the theme park. The discount retailer has 3-visit passes for $139, which is quite the price cut if you consider this: A single day ticket is $109.

Let me tell ya, there's *a lot* happening at the California-based resort. You can go on the Studio Tour and see the film sets from your favorite flicks, check out movie and tv-themed attractions, and experience the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. According to Costco, Jurassic World-The Ride is also debuting this summer, so ticket sales could not have come at a better time.

So, like, what's the catch? Technically there isn't one-Costco is just that great-but there are a few conditions:

  • Passes are valid for 12 months after your initial visit.

  • Advanced registration is required.

  • There's a six ticket-limit for every Costco member.

  • You've got to use your first pass by June 15, 2020.

  • You're not guaranteed admittance on busy park days.

There are also blackout dates throughout 2019 and 2020, as well. So, don't even think about going between December 26 and 31.

If you're less Hogwarts and more Kathie Lee and Hoda, then you might want to add Universal's TODAY Café to your itinerary. The eatery, which is set to open sometime this spring, includes a menu of avocado toast, sandwiches, organic açai bowls, and more, all inspired by TODAY Show anchors.
