Omg YES: Queen Elizabeth II is wearing hot pink at the royal wedding
As first cousin once removed of Lady Gabriella Windsor, it's no surprise that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II attended today's royal wedding. I mean, family is family, right? What is surprising, however, is the Queen's outfit for the occasion: a hot pink coat dress. Yes, you read that right: HOT. PINK.
First thing's first: we already know that Her Majesty has something of an affinity for bright colours, which is equal parts for her benefit as our own. In addition to looking a million bucks, the monarch often wears bold hues to ensure that she stands out in a crowd, something that's important for both eager royal fans who want to see the Queen in person, as well as ensuring security can easily monitor her location at all times.
