One woman is dead and two men were wounded during a Friday afternoon shootout in the rear parking lot of a restaurant at Fesslers Lane and Elm Hill Pike.

Police have identified Destinee Jnobaptiste as the woman fatally shot during the exchange of gunfire.

Metro Nashville Police charged Dyquan Poole, 19, and a 17-year-old male with criminal homicide and two counts of attempted criminal homicide in connection with the fatal shooting Jnobaptiste.

Police also charged Jaylen Floyd, 19, with evidence tampering after he allegedly fled the scene with a gun.

The woman who was fatally shot has not yet been identified, police said. Dillon Bird, 21, and Juan Davila-Hugarte, 18, were both critically wounded at the scene.

The shootings occurred after an Infiniti sedan and a Nissan Rogue arrived at the parking lot simultaneously and parked next to each other, according to a Metro Nashville Police Department press release. After both vehicles were parked, the unidentified woman, who was later fatally shot, got out of the Rogue and into the Infiniti, according to police.

Surveillance footage then captured Poole and the 17-year-old exiting the Rogue and firing into the Infiniti, police said.

The Rogue then fled the scene and became wedged between two trucks at Fesslers Lane and Lebanon Pike. Four occupants fled the vehicle on foot before police apprehended them.

A total of eight guns were recovered from a vehicle, according to police.

Police responded to a call for shots fired around 3:08 p.m. at 521 Fesslers Lane in Hermitage.
