One man injured in rollover crash on I-70

Dec. 5—One man was injured in a rollover accident on Interstate 70 near Junction City on Saturday morning.

Geary County Sheriff's deputies responded a single-vehicle rollover accident at mile marker 310 just after 5 a.m., according to a report.

According to the sheriff's department, Jonathan Shelley of Grantsville, Maryland, was driving west in a Ford F-150 pickup when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled twice before coming to rest in the median.

Shelley initially did not report any injuries but later complained of wrist pain and other injuries. He was evaluated at Geary Community Hospital. The vehicle was removed by a wrecker service, according to a report.
