Employee's jacket & shoes stored in dry food storage shelving. Employee's phones observed above wing prep station. Items relocated away from storage area."
WAFFLE HOUSE (1710 EPPS BRIDGE RD): 86. Inspector notes: "Hashbrowns rehydrating in reach in cooler observed at temperatures above 41°f. Men's restroom missing handwashing signage. Observed boxes of single-use cups on floor (items relocated on top of crate boxes for 6" clearance). Left glass reach in cooler has water pooling at bottom of unit. Ice buildup inside prep cooler near grill station."
AMERICAN DELI (1880 EPPS BRIDGE PKWY STE 108-109): 85. Inspector notes: "Cans of pineapple stored under maintenance tools. Need additional shelving throughout establishment. Single service container used as seasoning scoop. Single service cups used as lemon pepper & salt containers."
