CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A person has been arrested for intentionally setting an apartment building on fire in east Charlotte, according to the Charlotte Fire Department.
Crews responded to the 3300 block of Magnolia Hill Drive around 11:45 p.m. on Friday.
Officials say no one was injured and the fire was controlled quickly. Investigators determined the fire was intentionally set and an arrest was made at the scene.
The estimated damage to the property is $127,000.
