One person injured in pedestrian accident downtown

One person was injured in a pedestrian accident Thursday morning in the city.

The incident occurred just before 7 a.m. downtown in the area of Sixth Avenue and Grant Street.

A 911 dispatcher said one person was transported to a local hospital. The extent of their injuries was not known.

No other information was available.
