One person killed and a juvenile injured in a two-car crash in Lincoln

A 51-year-old Lincoln man died in a two-car crash Tuesday night in Lincoln.

The police released his name Monday, identifying him as Papa Ndoye, who lived on Prospect Street.

The crash happened shortly before 6:40 p.m. on Old River Road near the Woonsocket city line, according to Lincoln police. Both vehicles were badly damaged.

Ndoye, who was driving, was pronounced dead at the scene. The police waited to release his name until his family was notified.

The other driver, identified only as a juvenile, was taken to a hospital with injuries that aren't considered life-threatening, the police said.
