One restaurant fails, four score low in latest Arlington health inspections; no closures

One restaurant failed and four restaurants scored low in the latest Arlington health inspections, according to city data.

There were 99 inspections from March 12-18.

Arlington inspection data does not list violations. Inspections are based on a 100-point system. A score of 100 is a perfect score and 70 is considered to be extremely poor.

Lotus Cafe at 4261 W. Green Oaks Blvd., Suite 518 failed with a score of 70.

Three other restaurants received scores of 75 or less:

  • Thanh Thanh Restaurant at 2515 E. Arkansas Lane, 71

  • Omi Korean Grill and Bar at 226 Lincoln Square, 72

  • Pho 95 at 2525 E. Arkansas Lane, Suite 223, 72

Re-inspections are conducted for restaurants that score 75 or less.

Five restaurants had follow-up inspections:

  • Thanh Thanh Restaurant

  • Omi Korean Grill and Bar

  • Pho 95

  • Phuong Food N’ To-Go at 1818 E. Pioneer Parkway, Suite 196, 77

  • Mercado Juarez Cafe at 125 E. Interstate 20 Highway, 84
