The One Show's Alex Jones is getting back to work with her baby
The One Show's Alex Jones is "dipping her toe" back in work after being on maternity leave for the last few months.
The presenter gave birth to second child, Kit, back in May, revealing the news live on the BBC show at the time.
Alex is now back in work mode tonight (September 14) for Proms in the Park 2019, and has even brought her new born along to help out!
"Dipping my toe back into the work pond today!" the star revealed on Instagram. "Me and Kit are coming for #PromsInThePark!"
Announcing his birth back in May, Alex told viewers of The One Show: "We're now a family of four. He's really good! He was born last Monday morning, so we've had a lovely week.
"Just the four of us getting used to being a family of four, and introducing him to [first child] Teddy, which has really been a dream. I was really worried about that, but he's taken to it like a duck to water, being a big brother! He's being fantastic, really gentle with him!"

She also explained that the name Kit's name would come as a disappointment to older brother Teddy.
"He thinks we're going to call the baby Thomas, after Thomas the Tank Engine," she admitted. "So, breaking the news that we're not actually going to call him Thomas is going to be quite tricky!"
Alex left for maternity leave back in April, and at the time shared an emotional on-screen goodbye with her The One Show co-presenter Matt Baker.
