Online learning doesn't offer hands-on experience needed at trade schools

Trade schools demand hands-on training, so virtual learning during the coronavirus pandemic cannot accommodate their lessons. Several Maryland school districts are announcing their proposed plans for students this fall. Howard County will continue virtual learning through January. Harford and Prince George's counties also plan to stick with distance learning through at least the first semester.
