Opening Day 2023: Here are all the road closures for the Findlay Market parade

Opening Day is Thursday, which marks the return of Cincinnati Reds baseball and, of course, the parade.

The Findlay Market Opening Day Parade begins at noon Thursday, ahead of the home game at Great American Ball Park against the Pittsburgh Pirates. As a result, several roads at and along the parade route will be closed for the festivities.

The parade route will begin at the intersection of Race and Liberty streets, then travel south on Race to Fifth Street. From there, it will travel east on Fifth to the demarcation area on Sentinel Street.

There is likely to be congestion caused by the parade and people attending the Reds game, so motorists are urged to use alternate routes around the downtown area.
