Operation Consequences target crime locations in Victorville and across the Inland Empire

The latest round of Operation Consequences included felony arrests and the seizing of illegal firearms and drugs in Victorville and surrounding Inland Empire communities.

The targeted crime suppression ended Friday, and included San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies visiting the following locations:

  • 14400 Block of Bear Valley Road, Victorville

  • 13600 Block of Elcona Drive, Victorville

  • 14100 Block of Green Tree Boulevard, Victorville

  • 1400 Block of Elizabeth Crest Drive, Redlands

  • 600 Block of Mt. Vernon Avenue, Colton

  • 600 Block of East C Street, Colton

  • 300 Block of W. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino

  • 1600 Block of Mount Vernon Avenue, San Bernardino

  • 300 Block of W Fourth Street, San Bernardino

Sheriff's investigators served 20 search warrants and contacted suspects. During the service of search warrants, investigators seized 10 firearms, three of which were ghost guns, and illegal drugs.

Investigators also made 16 felony arrests, according to department officials.

Operation Consequences will focus on conducting targeted crime suppression operations in the High Desert and sheriff’s jurisdiction areas in San Bernardino County.

There are currently 6,568 parolees at large in California and 534 parolees at large in the county.

Operation Consequences will take place over the next several months to curb violent crime, disrupt and dismantle targeted criminal street gangs, and locate and arrest criminals who are illegally possessing, manufacturing, and trafficking firearms.
