Optimist Hall adding deli to its lineup as other food stall closes

Schreiber’s on Rye will join the lineup at Optimist Hall in the first half of 2023.

The 564-square-foot food stall will be inspired by a New York-style deli. It is the second venture for chef Larry Schreiber, who also owns Bao and Broth at Optimist Hall.

Schreiber will pull from his New York upbringing when it comes to Schreiber’s on Rye. It will draw from Jewish and Italian influences at the heart of New York delis.
