Orange County estimates $206M in property damage from Hurricane Ian
Hurricane Ian caused an estimated $206.32 million in property damage in Orange County.
The Orange County Property Appraiser’s Office released its damage assessment totals from the storm on Tuesday.

The office said that since Sept. 30, it has verified damage to 1,867 properties including residential, commercial and mobile home parks.

Total damage assessment estimates: $206.32 million
Total properties verified: 1,867
Total damaged properties: 1,727
Commercial damage estimate: $157.537 million, a total of 86 properties
Residential damage estimate: $46.338 million, a total of 1,231 properties
Mobile home parks damage estimate: $2.445 million, a total of 410 mobile homes
