Orange County supervisor: Pipeline breach capped, oil still leaking in southern California

Crews in Southern California are working to clean up 126,000 gallons of oil slick. Orange County Supervisor Katrina Foley explained the impacts of the spill on wildlife and the local community. Foley said, “We are pouring all resources into mitigating this ecological disaster.”
