Oregon winter storm live updates: Eugene-area school delays, closures due to snow

A winter weather advisory remains in effect for Eugene and the rest of the central and southern Willamette Valley until 10 a.m. Thursday.

The following schools announced delays or closures Thursday, Feb. 23:

  • Blachly School District: Closed.

  • Camas Valley Charter School: (Updated) Closed.

  • Creswell School District: a.m. buses on snow routes.

  • Crow-Applegate-Lorane School District: (Updated) Closed.

  • Eugene School District 4J: Two-hour delay, a.m. buses on snow routes.

  • Fern Ridge School District: (Updated) Closed.

  • Head Start of Lane County: Morning classes canceled. Full-day/extended day starts at 11 a.m., all staff report to work at 10 a.m.

  • Junction City School District: Closed.

  • Lane Community College: Closed. All locations.

  • McKenzie School District: (Updated) Closed.

  • Mapleton School District: Closed, no preschool.

  • Marcola School District: (Updated) Closed.

  • Oak Hill School: (Updated) Closed, No preschool.

  • Pleasant Hill School District: a.m./p.m. buses on snow routes.

  • Siuslaw School District 97J: Closed.

  • Twin Rivers Charter School: Two-hour delay, dress for service class.
